unfortunately, that wouldn't work. you'd have 200gigs of traffic banging on
your connection every day. rejections are handled after the article is
streamed to the site.
but again, carrying hierarchies and subheirarchies, as long as they aren't
binaries or alt.sex.* or warez, winds up being very little traffic. you
don't have to take your granularity down to the group level to achieve
efficient use of bandwidth. specifying comp.lang*, alt.comp*, rec.music*
etc would amount to trivial amounts of bandwidth, even though that would
encompass nearly 500 groups.
