I'd max out the ram as much as possible; 256mb of PC133 is under $50 now.
I'm going to try to max out both PC boxes here at the house soon.
Going V3 -> G450 is worth it; thats what I did (V3/3000 16mb PCI to 
G450 AGP 16mb SDR; I love it).
