If you want to run it as a 3/150, take out both the 3/2xx CPU and
memory expansion. You shouldn't need more than one SCSI card, either.
SunOS will work happily with either card; the Sun-3 versions of *BSD
only support the Sun3 SCSI card, and don't work very well with VME-based
SCSI anyway.
Yes, you can add memory boards to a 3/1xx system, but they have to
be 3/1xx memory boards.
The lights on the 3/2xx memory board are, from top to bottom,
Uncorrectable Error, Correctable Error, DISabled, CPU (which is the
converse of disabled -- it means that it has been found by the CPU and
initialized OK), and REFerence (which flickers when the CPU makes a memory
access to that board).
