Don't know for certain, but I would assume that 10-00 together with the 
freely available patch cluster should include all critical fixes that 
are needed. I would expect that any extra stuff in 01-01 is mostly to 
support new hardware.

If you're really paranoid, you might be able to get hold of the MU2 CD 
from somewhere.
