Mike asked:

:I've had a request to install a pair of very big (>30gb) hard disks in an
:SS20. I know the boot partition has to live in the fist 2 GB or so, but has
:anyone had luck good or bad with drives this big? Also these drives are
:supposed to be UW, I have heard others had problems getting the SS20 to play
:nice with these drives. I have used IBM UW drives in the 20 before with good
:luck.

You may need to upgrade the PROM to be able to boot from a drive that's
>2GB or >16GB. You'll need at least Solaris 2.6, too, methinks.
