[SunRescue] way offtopic: concrete stain!

That's the rub... I go through a lot of 12 packs myself (and only me, wife
doesn't like Coke), and while I can see the logic of spending $75-100 for a
Dorm refrigerator, I'm willing to up the ante for the "geek chic" of a
full-size soda machine. SOmething about hitting a big button and out comes
the goods!
The tiny fridge Bill points to below is nice, but is more of a novelty item
for office cubicles.
I'm not averse to buying a full-size fridge either, but then the wife gets
involved since it will have a freezer, and, "really, you can't need all that
shelf space in the fridge, so I'll just put a few things in there", and all
of a sudden, the kitchen fridge is replicated in my basement!
I guess the answer is to call around to vending companies... Or maybe the
local Coke distributor.
Also, Bill, in college, one of the frats had a soda fountain (like a
restaurant), and while cheap, was in constant need of adjustment, and you
need a fair amount of space for all the bits (I have not seen any like the
keg coolers, the little dorm fridges big enough to hold a half-keg of beer).
Besides, I prefer the taste of Coke in cans, maybe 16-20 oz bottles. 2L
bottles of soda go flat too early, and the taste (to me) is different...
Thanks,
Ken

Ken
