[SunRescue] Loading SS5 up with disks...

Hi everyone, just wanted to share this:
I'm in the process of making my SS5 into a server. I had a 9G Quantum
Atlas III in it, with basic setup (for me): root, var, swap and usr. As I need to
have various mount points for the clients, I either had to split this disk up or
add another. It is getting filled quite nicely now (usr slice is 8G and filled for
84%), so I figured what the heck, try to add the second 9G Quantum Atlas III
in it and see what happens.
I already posted once that I had two 4G drives in it (one Seagate Barracuda
and one Quantum Atlas II) and on hot days one of them was failing, so
putting two 9G drives is a risk...
So far so good, but it is coming close. Quantum quotes a maximum
operating environment temperature of 55C. It's about 23C in the room and I
fitted a temperature probe between the two disks. At the moment it reads
52.7C. Still on the green side :-)
System info at the moment:
SS5/110, 160Mb memory, TGX+ framebuffer (at far left slot), 2xQuantum
Atlas III harddisks, floppydrive. I've also fitted the small fan assembly that
comes with the SS20.
Cheers,
Maarten
