[SunRescue] some sort of video capture board?

Recently, a 4/260 showed up in our office from a co-worker's rescue
efforts...   There's a double-height VME board in it which was described
as some kind of video capture hardware.  It has 8 BNC jacks, 4 in, 4 out,
bearing labels S/R/G/B.  Barcode identifier says 501138302131 (presumably
part nr 501-1383?)

Anyone with a FEH or who has seen one of these -- WTF is it and what does
it do? :)
