[SunRescue] Odd old cables

the monitor cable is likely for the Phillips(?) big-ass b&w monitor - it
doesn't have a cable attached, only a 13w3 in the back of the monitor.
I've seen these retail for about $50, but I picked one up off ebay a while
back for $12.

The keyboard cable is not an extension, but it is a keyboard cable.  I
think all of the sun kbs have connectors both at the kb and at the
computer - I haven't yet seen one that had the kb cable "wired in" to the
kb.  I'm not sure of the going rate on these...
