Nope, SCSI is out the faceplate, at least on my 690 card.  I'd say, if you
were willing to do metal work, put a SCSI plug in the back of the top bay,
wire it to your drive(s) and then use a short SCSI cable to hook from the
Card to the top half of the case.  I ran into a similar issue in my 260
chassis, but I solved it with an external drive array, that was easier
than hacking the case.  Besides, the 8 full size drives wouldn't have fit
inside anyway.
