[geeks] Dual Xeons - the Saga continues

Understood - I have a dell dual-core PE1950 III that sounds like a vacuum
cleaner running, but I can stuff two large SATA drives into it and take the
ram to 64 Gigs quite affordably, and with dual quad-core Xeons w/
hyper-threading I can spin up a ton of small VMs and get decent performance,
but only when SWMBO is out of the house (understandably, if her hobby was as
loud as that server I'd complain also!).

My new boxes are intended to run silently in the garage 'datacenter'...
