I've seen ten-year, both in listings and reviews, but it's always
possible it was a widespread error.

It wouldn't change my recommendation about the technology though.  The
VNAND architecture solves the density problem without sacrificing cell
size, avoiding the freliability issues that come with smaller NAND cell
size.
