[geeks] Anyone know anything about "Industrial FLASH"?

You guys are usually a fount of technical trivia.

Anybody know anything about industrial FLASH RAM (sd cards, etc.) from
companies like ATP and Wintec? Is this stuff really better than commodity
(cough, Sandisk, cough) cards? In some cases it seems to be priced like
commodity SD cards and in others it can be 4X the price.

What's this all about?
