Yes, it's a potential selling point for the right person. I think just
about every single person on this list would see Ethernet as a value add
though - because we use that technology and have a need for it. But from
a real estate perspective they had ZERO value to your house.
Lionel should install the Cat6 over Cat5 if it makes sense for him to do
so and he can make use of it. He should not install it expecting it to
raise the value of the house.
That was all I was trying to say.
