[geeks] Sun 3/50 startup non-progress

Just thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone had some suggestions.

I recently picked up a 3/50 (from a kindly listmember) and on power-on I
get all of the eight Diag LEDs come on solid, and remain on, rather than
cycling through like it does on my other Suns as it boots.

I didn't see anything on the serial console after waiting perhaps 60
seconds.

Is this a vaguely fixable failure state?
