Isn't this why the Geek Squad was invented?

Most people that have a hard time with things like this either have a close-
by relative that will help them OR leans on their ISP to help them reset their
ISP-supplied cable modem router.

I casually thought about setting up a PC repair/support business but once you
take it out of your basement/garage you really have to ask for Geek Squad-like
fees, which nearly eliminates any real market advantage you might have had,
IMHO.
