[geeks] free subdomain forwarding thingy

Anyone know of a good URL forwarding service that can be easily updated via
HTTP POST or similar? I have a URL that changes fairly often, and I need to be
able to have an unchanging URL to refer to whatever the current incarnation is
of the changing one, and have it be all automated and such. Ideally it would
be free. It is not for a website, but for a web service that is hidden from
the end user but is used by an app.
