[geeks] Good techniques for communicating with eBay?

   I had some recent issues with them and PayPal and I just got some sort
   of verification number on line and called.  I talked to a very nice
   young lady in India or Pakistan who was helpful (as far as her script)
   and my problem was settled (so far).  I think they had a recent
   change/problem/upgrade with their software and things got a little
   wonky.  I still would rather talk to a human, no matter where they are
   in the world, than go through their phone menu.  But I'm keeping an eye
   on them.....
