When AT&T installed FiOS in my house the installer knocked a 2x4 foot
hole in the wall when he let a drill with a bell hanger bit get loose.
Of course the reason he had the problem was because his bit hit the 220V
3-phase main power to my house. AT&T sent a new crew out to finish the
install and paid to have another power line pulled and repair the wall.
