Max file size for FAT32 is (2^32)-1 bytes (one byte less than 4GB).

You can convert a volume from FAT32 to NTFS.  If it's the boot volume, you
can schedule it for the next boot.  From the command line do this:

convert c: /fs:ntfs /v
