Money is getting "tight" these days.  Some companies, as I mentioned before, used 
to have people "volunteer" their time at least once a year to give back to the 
community.  I would imagine that has also been decreased or eliminated.  Used
to get some good judges for the coountry science fair.  Lately, we've been 
getting some real wingdings for judges. :)

I have some graduate credits that the BoE paid for.  It was supposed to be for
those who had only a year of a science.  None of those teachers took the course
so they opened it up to everybody.  Must have ha a grant or something.  Now you
have to have a degree in science to teach it.
