http://www.nanpa.com/nanp1/enutlzd.zip as of 2005-05-31 says it's
MERRIMACK NH, handled by "VERIZON NEW ENGLAND INC.".  But that's just
the switch location name; it may not actually be in Merrimack, though
it's probably close.

The files in /nanp1/ seem to be still being maintained, but google
doesn't find any pointers to them.  I no longer know where I found out
about them from, but there are eight of them, differing only in the two
letters before "utlzd": cn, cs, ea, en, es, wn, wp, ws.

I just pulled over new files, and enutlzd.zip last modified this
morning says the same about 603-429.
