I've got a Motorola (Nextel) i730 that has a builtin GPS. The basic GPS software that came with it has an option to do NMEA out. I'm assuming you'd use the programming cable to get at the data but seeing as I haven't seen the manual since I got it and they only bought one cable that has since disappeared I have no way to check.
