| Hey folks, I'm trying to reinstall a U10 that never gives a console
| login prompt and doesn't seem to respond to Stop-A from an attached
| keyboard. Can anyone job my memory on how I can send it a Stop-A
| via serial console? I'm on the machine via telnet to a Cisco serial
| console server from a Cygwin xterm on a [sheepish] Windows box
| [/sheepish].

I believe you need to do the following:

CTRL-] (to dump out of the telnet session to get into the telnet
control mode)
issue the command "send brk"
hit return to return to the telnet session and the Sun box should be
at the 'ok' prompt.

It's been a while since I had to do that and the 2511RJ I had that I
could test that with is now gone :-(
