Made an adapter cable to connect the SU3000RM to a regular wall outlet.
 (Did you know an L5-30C connector costs more than twice as much as a
virtually identical L5-20C from the same manufacturer and the same store?)

Cannibalized a fuse from another battery pack that I realized I had, in
order to replace the broken battery fuse.

Installed and connected both battery packs.

Plugged in the UPS.

Switched on main power on back panel.

Hit front-panel "on" switch.  UPS does not power on.  Zip, nada, just
the tiniest, most momentary flash from the site wiring fault LED at the
instant you flip the switch.  I'm 100% certain I wired the cable correctly.

Anyone suggest where to go from here?
