Interactive was basically a straight SVR4 port to x86.  And was really
a pain to install.  I think the install media I worked with had a
floppy or two plus tape media.

Yes, Kodak did own Interactive for a while.

Sun basically took over support for it and in effect bought the
customers in the hope of converting them to Solaris/x86 or SPARC
later, vs. having the customers migrate to SCO.
