| I miss Byte from around the days when they put the Amiga 3000 on the cover,

Before there was Byte, there was Nibble.

I've got a magazine in front of me called `Nibble Express Volume 1'
(c) 1981 -- it's a compilation of articles from Nibble magazine. Lots
of BASIC programs to type in ...

First page is an advertisement for a 5 MB hard drive. $2695.

But I think my favorite was `Softalk'. I was very sad when they
folded, and the rest of my subscription was filled with inCider ...
I wonder if I still have any of those magazines floating around ...

Back when computers were *fun*. (Did computers change, or did I?
Personally, in this case, I think it's the computers and the computer
industry in general that did most of the changing.)
