Echoing someone else...

I would advise buying a used screen and fixing it yourself.
Really, it's not all that difficult aside from keeping the tiny
screws (different sizes) ordered for re-assembly (and you
need a torx set as well as the "normal" small screwdrivers).

There are a couple of people on the list who can send you 
docs to assist, I'd bet.

Likely you can get a usd LCD on ebay for 1/3 the price of
the 3rd party cost.  Since you have the new box anyway,
I suspect you are not concerned about the warranty on the
broken PB--if not, just get it into decent condition for resale.
These things hold their value *very* well.
