I just do Static WEP 128 bit with non-broadcast SSID.

If I was in an extremely high traffic area I might do more, but I think 
it'd be overkill.

I do treat my home LAN somewhat suspiciously anyhow just because I can. 
  I ssh in between local boxes... etc.
