[geeks] FTP Tutorial/Training Material?

It looks like I'm going to have to organize some FTP training for some
users here.  Apparently why I think the fundamentals of Computer
Literacy are doesn't match what the rest of the world thinks.

Does anyone have a favorite Tutorial or other Training Material they've
had success with?  I know I could write my own, but why re-invent the
wheel.  Google gives a lot of hits, but they all seem to either start by
having the user configure some FTP GUI or another or include very
site-specific information (or both).

I'd like to start by teaching my users the least common denominator, and
get them familiar with the basics of the command line FTP, especially
since the Unix/Linux/Windows versions are all so similar.
