Lean over, and tap (hard, but dont pound on it - think "playing the 
piano) on the top of it in various places repeatedly.  Usually the
center-back will do it.  

You'll see all the lights on the front flash, and go through the 
power-up POST.

- Reproducible with the one I got in December 2002
- Reproducible with the replacement I got from Cisco two months ago

and I've been able to do it on every one of them that's passed through
my hands here (at least 10-12 at last count).
