Viewed after the fact, Nixon wasn't that bad.  He did open up China, which
was a good thing.  I'd say Nixon was definitely a better President than
Carter.

I still blame Carter for crippling the B-1, too.

I've talked to people from the former East Germany and Soviet states that
really like Reagan.  He did end the Cold War.
