For anyone who hasn't seen the mail yet:

Short version:  If you opened a PayPal account between 10/1/1999 and
1/31/2004, and aren't in an exclusion class, you're a Fund Claimant and
get an equal share of $1M/number_of_fund_claimants.  If you assert
PayPal screwed you or let someone else screw you prior to 2/1/2004,
you're a Dispute Resolution Claimant and entitled to more money, amount 
depending on various things.
