My part of Miami is OK, not too much crime, but i sometimes come
into work very late (2:AM - 4:AM) and no one is in the office
complex but me.

It's a very small employer (<30 people) which is very dependant
on me and they do not officially have a "no weapons allowed"
policy.

Mostly, i just keep things under wraps and all is well.  It is
known by some higher ups, but not known to most employees working
there.  I can't go brandishing it down the hall way obviously :)
