Uh, I hate to say this, but ...  GET REAL.  Who's going to pay to catch
and house fifty million prairie dogs?  Who's going to DO it?  CAN you
catch fifty million prairie dogs?  Miss 1% of them and in a few years
you're back where you started, and now you have to do it all again, and
now you have a hundred million prairie dogs in captivity, plus however
many the first fifty million bred while you were figuring out what to do
with fifty million prairie dogs.

Lather, rinse, repeat.
