  It's hard to normalise and thus automate the process with the
  denaturate, the only way to apply a nanometer layer of alcohol on
  PCBs consistently is by taking a measured shot
  (there is a formulae book on that)
  and exhaling on it under controlled conditions. Westerners usually
  go blind when they use the denaturate for this without years of
  rigorous training in team environment, may even die... So, as
  always, vodka takes care of everything... Scotch is OK for initial
  stages only and there is a whole separate book of formulae,
  protocols and standards. Any way you cut it, everything else is a
  perverted deviation..
