Nope, you actually beat me to the punch. I was going to reference Mas in
my reply as well. 

The civil issue really is getting out of control. Especially in some of
the more lawyer friendly states. Even in a relatively pro gun state like
missisipi the civil laws there makde it so easy to get compensation for
just about anything that lawyers are lined up around the block
recruiting defendants.
