Yeah, I've cooked up some ballistic gelatin for testing and one of these
days I'll get around to using it. It's times like this that I wish I hadn't
decided to lease a condo, and had gone ahead an bought another house. I
have *no* place to test my loads - and the range owner doesn't want me
taking over all 10 lanes just beacuse I need to walk downrange after every
shot to inspect the gelatin.

I'm currently evaluating the Nosler 185gr JHP for defense. So far it looks
good (accuarcy-wise), but without a shot into gelatin I have no idea what
sort of results to expect.
And I just noticed that my front sight needs restaked. I must've shot it
loose using that crap at the range a couple weeks ago. Gotta dig out my
stake tool, I have no idea what box I packed it in...
