My aunt didn't find them too appetizing either, after she came home from
work and found two of their carcasses rinsing in the sink.

We batter fried some of it, and I can't remember what else.  Kind of
like country-fried cube steak.

Squirrels... never ate one, never wanted to.  They look so... stringy.
