[geeks] date and FreeBSD

ANyone here have any idea why a freebsd server would set it's time an
hour earlier than it should?  If I run "ntpdate -v -d time.apple.com", I
see that it receives 11:00 as the time, but it sets itself as 10:00. 
The timezone is correct.
