Looks like you need to find a map with the central office locations
for the area. If you go to http://www.dslreports.com/comap/st/PA
this brings up a map of all the COs in Pennsylvania. From here, you
can narrow it down by Zip Code, phone number, or by clicking on the
map. Once you get to the detailed maps, you'll probably see some of
the COs you listed, and where they are located.
