Anyone here familiar with IBM's "Silicon-on-insulator (SOI)" CPUs used in the low end AS/400s? I see the POWER4 CPUs are used only in the higher end models. From what i can tell Linux is supported on the POWER4 AS/400s and not on the lesser models. Are the SOI CPUs CISC or RISC? Thanks, /KRM
