Good for you both.  You've learned a lesson that most married people do 
not, and that is how to get past difficulties without quitting at the 
first sign of trouble.  I'm convinced that this is why many marriages 
fail -- one or the other gives up.  Enjoy what you now have, it's a 
sweet reward.

(I don't think Chan and I ever hit that point.  However, my accident 
brought us even closer together, making us both appreciate what we have 
more.  Also, I will never be able to accurately convey the sense of 
relief I felt when I way lying in the emergency room and I heard her 
voice.  I knew then that I was safe.)

Of course we want her back!  But, it was also cool of you to ask.  I 
miss Amy on geeks, as I miss other folk,  'Twill be interesting to see 
who else returns to the fold. :-)
