I dunno what he had but I can tell you for sure the car did not have a
supercharger. While I was working for $BELTWAY_BANDIT installing the new
network for the I-95 facilities, I got to see the new MSP cars for the I-95
barrack getting thier radios and light systems installed. Plain old EFI
under the hood. Of course these cars were not Crown Vic's they were "Police
Interecptor" cars.
I also was an EMT in the local FD and got to see loads of MSP cars. All
'normal' other than the police package from the factory.
