Ranges, or ovens? :-) Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a
GOOD electric oven. They pre-heat in a lot less time than gas, but the
temperature regulation isn't quite as good. Gas ranges are the ONLY way
to go, electric is only useful if you like spiral shaped burns. Bleah.
