Dale was wise in many ways. I personally can't stand a steak that
isn't pink in the middle, and for that reason and cost, I don't eat
steak often. I do, though, eat hamburger regularly, and salmon as
well. I also eat vegetables a lot. I couldn't care less what some
sensitive vegetarian thinks of my love of meat, but they had better
not try to pressure me into not eating meat, or they will get a
rather rude response, as several have in the past. I don't mind if
anyone has an opinion that is contrary to mine, but if they try to
force that opinion on me, well, they can go fuck off and die.
