I really wish I could answer something like "smalltalk".

Hmmm..... there is this perl junk that's pretty widely used, though I
don't know that I'd want to label most stuff I've seen written in it as
being "programs".....  It's hard to argue that perl is a higher level
language, though it's certainly something....
