Both are insulting, but I find the second one part three to be worse.... 
response... You could stand to read a book... <insert favorite get 
smarter/be smarter/be more tactful phrase here>  OR if you're sitting... 
just stand up and say... funneh I dun'a feel nothin hahppenin....yer 
dee-eht prograhm dun'a work so well.
