Besides, off all those formats, word give you the least control over
what your document will look like on the HR computer screen or when
printed on the HR printer.  A number of years ago (five I think) I had
the job of putting together a newletter in MS Publisher, then emailing
it to the printer, and this was a major hassle since things never
looked the same at the printer.  Most particularly, the text paginated 
differently and the ends of articles would get lost.  But graphics
coming out differently was also a problem.
