i would suspect so. i have read some funny medicine that seems to work
well (an 80 year old in better shape than most 40 year olds); some weird
electronics and things we have been missing...

remember: our digestive systems weren't engineered to digest cooked food,
but only raw food. in the last couple of thousand years, i suspect the
proper genetic modifications have not been completed.
